Rehli Fort was constructed by Ahirs of Sagar in 16th-17th century.[1] The Rehli Fort is located on Rehli Main Road in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.[2]
History
The Ahirs were Ruling the Sagar Since 14th Century. Garhpahrā was the Capital Of Ahir Rajas Of Sagar, 7 miles north of the present city, is supposed to have been founded by a Gond dynasty. The Gonds were succeeded by a Clan of Ahīrs called the Faulādia, to whom is attributed the foundation of the fort at Rehli.[3][4]
