Aparna Enterprises is the second biggest uPVC manufacturer in India.[3][4]

History

The company was founded in 1990 by S. S. Reddy as a ceramic tile distributor in Hyderabad, later expanding into manufacturing building‑material products.[5]

In 2019, it entered the aluminium façades segment through a joint venture with Craft Holding Ltd.[2]

Operations and expansion

In October 2022, the company added a second uPVC production line at its Bachupally facility in Hyderabad, increasing capacity from 450 tonnes to 700 tonnes per month, with plans to reach 1,100 tonnes.[5]

In August 2023, Aparna Enterprises announced a ₹150‑crore investment plan for FY 2023–24, including ₹100 crore for a new uPVC plant at Rudraram and ₹50 crore for expanding tile, aluminium, and RMC divisions.[6]

In April 2024, the company launched its aluminium windows and doors brand, Alteza, in Pune, aiming for a 5% market share in Maharashtra in its first year.[7]

By December 2023, Aparna began exporting its Okotech uPVC products to Vietnam, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, expecting overseas sales to eventually contribute about 20% of the brand’s revenue.[8][9]
